Start Anew Counseling and Wellness, LLC is a mental wellness organization committed to helping individuals who appear strong on the outside but feel fragmented within. We serve professionals who have spent their lives overfunctioning, fawning, and putting others first—often at the cost of their own needs, identity, and emotional well-being.

Many of our clients grew up without the nurturance or protection they needed. Today, they are hyperaware of others, deeply empathetic, and uncertain of who they truly are outside of their roles. Some identify as neurodivergent and are seeking a space where they do not need to mask or explain their differences.

We believe healing happens in safe, affirming spaces—and in community. Whether through individual therapy, coaching, or group workshops, our mission is to help you reconnect with your inner voice, reclaim your worth, and build authentic relationships rooted in mutual care and self-compassion.

Here, you do not have to perform to belong. You are already enough.
